The first central press conference dedicated to 53rd BITEF

Belgrade, Wednesday, 26 June 2019 – The first central press conference occasioned by the 53rd BITEF was held in the Belgrade City Hall at 12:00 on 26 June. The journalists heard the interventions by Miloš Latinović, Chief Executive of Bitef Theatre; Ivan Medenica, BITEF Artistic Director; Ivan Karl, Secretary for Culture of the City of Belgrade; Jana Savić Rastovac, Executive Creative Director at Mc Cann Belgrade and Daniela Spaseva, graphic designer at Mc Cann Skopje and author of this year’s BITEF poster. The speakers presented the concept, selected productions, the visual identity of the 53rd BITEF and the sponsors and friends of the festival. The productions all fall under the slogan Let’s Start Love from the Beginning, equally applying to both its aesthetic and thematic streams. During the ten days of the festival those attending the main programme will see productions from France, Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Nigeria and Brazil.
