CHRISTINE HAMON-SIRÉJOLS is a professor emeritus of theatre and performance studies at University Sorbonne Nouvelle-Paris 3. She is the author of many articles on Russian theatre (from Meyerhold to Bogomolov) and on contemporary theatre (Patrice Chéreau, Peter Brook, Peter Stein, Robert Wilson, Thomas Ostermeier, Georges Lavaudant, Ivo van Hove, etc.).
